Niche Site:
Just a few
words about this site. This site is devoted to approved, &
verified buyers, sellers, & Domain Names. We take all
precautions to protect other members, & the integrity of this
site. Membership to this site is "NOT" automatic, &
all applying for membership, along with there name/s, may not be
accepted. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone who
does not meet our standards.
Membership:
You must be an approved
member of DomainLister.com
before you can sell at our auction, or use our listing services.
"All" Domain Name/s with members will be verified, &
approved before it can be placed on auction, or use our listing
services. You must meet our standards,
& be
approved before doing so, "we will check." All information
must be correct & verified before you are allowed to become a
member of this site. Failing to do so, will result in non- membership.
If you are placing a name on auction we require a one
time $50.00
refundable
holding fee
to place a name/s on the auction block. As long as you are a member
in good standing, your refundable holding fee will stay in place.
The first time you default on a auction, you lose your holding fee,
& your membership will be terminated, & all names on
auction, or in our listing database will be removed.
There is "NO" charge for having your name listed in our
database. Your Domain Name must still be verified, & approved
before it will be listed. If you wish maximum exposure for your
name, visit our special
listing area for all the details.
We will verify all info that you submit with the whois database,
E-Mail, telephone, & any other measure we feel necessary to
confirm, & approve you, before you are allowed to have your
Domain Name/s on our auction block, or in any of the listing
services that we provide. We do this to protect both, buyer, &
seller, from any fraud, and keep the integrity of this site.
We will not knowingly list any, and all various trademark names. Any
trademark names brought to our attention, will be removed
immediately.
If you put you Domain Name up for auction, you the seller must
follow through with a winning auction, failing to do so, will cause
you
to lose your $50.00
refundable holding fee to the winning buyer. Your membership will be
revoked, your Domain/s will be removed from this site, & you
will never be allowed membership back into this site.
Brokers:
If your are a domain broker wishing to either auction, or use our
listing services for your clients, we "MUST" receive
permission from the client who is listed in the whois database
stating that they give you the broker, permission to sell there name
on there behalf. We will not list, or auction any Domain Name/s
without authorized permission for the owner under any circumstances.
Its up to the domain broker to inform your client/s of our
procedures, and any payments that are associated with our auctions
or listing service.
You must still be an approved member, & the Domain/s must
still meet our standards to use our services. There are
"NO" exceptions to this rule.
We will not knowingly list any, and all various trademark names. Any
trademark names brought to our attention, will be removed
immediately. Brokers must follow the same procedures as regular
sellers.
Members:
If you are presently an approved member of DomainLister.com, &
want to place your Domain Name/s on the auction block, you must put
up a
$50.00
refundable holding fee,
if one is not in place already.
This fee is 'NOT" kept by us, but held in you name until
either........
(a)
A winning auction has been completed, & you fulfill your end of
the transfer of ownership to the buyer.
(b)
In case there is no winning auction for your Domain Name, your
holding fee will be returned to you. We suggest though, that once
you have a holding fee in place, that you keep it there in your
name, so that you wont have to go through the process of sending in
a holding fee for another auction again.
This will greatly improve your time frame for having the same, or a
different Domain Name on auction again. It will also give added
confidence to a buyer of you Domain Name that you are a serious
seller.
General
Information:
(a)
Sellers, make sure you put the right reserve price for your Domain/s
on auction. Don't make a mistake.!!!
(b)
Not following through with a winning auction will bar you from any
future dealings at this site, & you will lose your $50 holding
fee.
(c)
Payment must be made first before you can put your name on auction,
or use any special listing features, if not already in place.
(d)
There is "NO" charge for listing your Domain Name/s in our
regular listing service.
(e)
Sellers, if you are interested in any special listing features,
please so early, or get on the waiting list.
(f)
A refundable $50 holding fee is charged for the auction, to protect
seller, and buyer alike from defaulting on a auction.
(g)
A refundable $50 holding fee is a one time charge to both buyer
& seller alike. This fee is not kept by us, we just hold it in
your name until either, you want to give up your membership, or
don't plan on buying or selling in the auction section of the site.
