Welcome to the approval section of DomainLister.com
First a little background on the owner &
the company. The
owner has been in the business of buying, selling, Auctioning,
& appraising Domain Names since May 1995, & has many
years of experience in the Domain Industry. He has worked
in the telecommunications industry in various fields since May
1971. The company King & Queen Enterprises has been in
business since 1995, & has a flawless record with the better
business bureau. While the Company name is
new, "Universal Resource Locator Corp" our ideas,
& business practices have not changed. Universal Resource Locator Corp is
an emerging new company devoted to promoting, developing
the Domain Industry, helping buyers, & sellers,
achieve a honest & secure place to
conduct there business.
We have taken this site
& the Domain Industry to the next level by approving all
names before there are accepted, & membership is not
automatic like other sites. This may be a deterrent to
some customers, & some may not approve of it, but we feel
the time has come to take measures to prevent all the
fraud, dishonesty, & scam's that plague the Domain
Industry, & create a niche site for people who are serious
about this business. Honesty & Integrity is what we are about, we will
not sacrifice it for the almighty dollar. Here at
DomainLister.com, we take a more hands on approach. It may take
a little longer, but it will be worth the wait. if you feel that
this interest you, then read below to see what measures we have
taken to bring you a more safe, & secure place to do business.
We have kept our prices to a bare
minimum. We are not looking to make a fortune here, just enough
to cover costs, & bring you more, & better services for
conducting your business.

Membership
for Listing, & Auctions.
Membership to
DomainLister.com is not
automatic.
We don't accept all
names
into this site. We verify all names, info, with owners
before they are allowed to either list or auction there name/s
here. You must be 18 or over to be a member here. There are no exceptions to the rule. We verify all buyers
info before they are allowed membership, & are allowed to
place a bid. We don't charge for regular listings or auctions. We do
request a $50
refundable
holding fee
for our auctions. This refundable holding fee is held in your name
until the end of the auction. When both parties follow through with
a winning auction, this holding fee is returned to you when the
deal is finalized. If there is no winner for the auction, the
holding fee is returned to you. This holding fee is for both
buyers, & sellers when putting a name up for auction, or
bidding on a name in the auction. This money is
returned to
you once the auction is closed, & both parties follow through
with the sale. If either the buyer, or seller defaults
on the auction, then the other party will receive the others
parties holding fee of
$50. We hope that this will deter either
party from defaulting on the auction, losing
$50, & being
banned for life. Sellers membership will be
revoked
,
there names removed from the site, & they lose the $50
holding fee. Buyers membership will be revoked, never be
allowed membership into this site again, & they lose the $50
holding fee. We suggest that once you are a member and have a
holding fee in place, in your name, that you keep it there so you
wont have to go through the same process again. This will make it easier,
and faster for the buyer, or seller to either bid, or put a name/s
up for auction. See our

Not Automatic:
We do not allow automatic membership into this site. We are not
like other sites where anyone can join, with any Domain Name. You must first fill out the registration form,
agree to our terms, conditions, & submit it
to us for review. Once we have reviewed your information, and
have verified who you are, your information, and your name/s, we
will contact you to let you know if you have been approved.
Don't be surprised if you receive a phone call from us to verify
the information that you have submitted to us. If you are a seller, you must submit your
name/s along with the form. If you are a buyer wishing to bid on
a Domain Name on auction here, your information will be verified
also, to make sure you are, who you say you are. All payments
regarding the refundable holding fee must be made prior to any
name/s being put on auction, or a buyer bidding on a
name/s.
All Names:
We do not
accept all names into this site. We are a niche site catering to
the serious buyers, and sellers, who want maximum exposure for
there Domain Names. We have set some standards for
Domain Names being listed, or put on auction here. We want to
keep this site from being an endless sea of names. By doing so,
we hope that it will help buyers find your name easier, & more sales for
sellers. If you want your Domain Name/s listed in the special
listing area's of the site, which include the (Home
Page,
Showcase,
Or Featured)
section of the site, they must first be approved for that
section, and payment made, before they are listed in the special
listing sections of this site. There are only a certain number
of available spots for each special listing section of the site,
and wont add more unless the demand, or caliber of names call
for it.
Refundable Holding Fee:
By
agreeing to our membership, conditions, and terms of the
agreement you submitted, you have also agreed to this holding
fee. This is a fee
for both buyer, & seller for having a name on auction here,
or buying a name on auction here. DomainLister.com does not keep
this fee, we just hold it in your name until either, (a) there
is a winning auction, or (b) no winner for the auction. If there
is a successful winning auction, then the holding fee is held
until both parties have completed the sale with the transfer of
ownership, & the funds have been transferred. Once this is done,
then the holding fee is returned to both parties. We suggest
that if you are a constant buyer or seller here, that the
holding fee stay in place so that you don't have to go through the
process again. This will make it easier, and faster for both
buyer, and seller to either bid, or sell at the auction again. If there is no winning auction, then the holding
fee is returned to both parties if requested, or held if
requested, if you are
a constant buyer or seller here.
Defaulting:
We take
this very seriously, and by agreeing to our
membership, conditions, and terms of the agreement you
submitted, you have also agreed to this holding fee, and default
terms. This goes for
both buyer, & seller. If there is a winning auction, both
parties have to fulfill there end of the transaction. If either the
buyer or seller defaults on the auction, then the one in default
will lose there holding fee to the other party. So don't bid, or
sell if you are not going to follow through with the transaction,
if you default, you will
lose your holding fee to the other party, & be banned from
this site.
Revoked Membership:
Your
membership can, & will be revoked for not following through
with a auction. If your are a seller here, all your names will
be removed from the auction, listings, & you will be
banned from any future services at this site, & you will
lose your holding fee. If you are a buyer in default, you lose
your holding fee, & are banned from any future dealings at
DomainLister.com We will also be looking out for any shill
bidding that is going on. We will keep a close eye on all
auctions that take place here.
Domain Standards:
We will not
accept all Domain Names that are submitted to us. We are a niche
domain site, we reserve the
right to refuse any, & all Domain Names that we feel are not
in our view, don't meet the standards set forth in our guidelines, &
standards, for submission into this niche
site. With this emerging market, & with the new tld's
coming out very soon, there will be a flood of new names
that will overrun the Domain market, Domain Brokers,
& confuse buyers. We feel its time for a niche site that is
devoted solely
to a select group of clients, Domain Names, buyers, &
sellers.
.COM:
Is
the top dog, always has, & always will be. Most of the names
listed, or on auction will be .com. We won't be accepting any 3 to 9 non-word names. Some examples of names that wont be
accepted are names like: gb8, s7v, tfk, xz7r, are
just some. There are many of these floating around, & 99%
don't sell well, if at all. All names submitted must be
word names, unless the name has some significant meaning to the
general public, an example would be: h2o=water,
or b2b=business to business, NBA, UFO, I think you get the idea
of what we are talking about.
.NET: For
now this is number two on the list. This may
change in time, but it hasn't as of yet. As in the .com, we wont be accepting
any 3-9 non-word names, unless the name has some significant
meaning to the general public, an example would be: h2o=water,
or b2b=business to business, UFO, or any other very familiar
name.
.ORG:
Is number 3 on
the list. As in the .com, & .net, we wont be accepting any 3-9 non-word names, unless the name has some significant meaning
to the general public, an example would be: h2o=water, or
b2b=business to business, UFO, or any other very familiar name. All .ORG names must be either,
one or two word names that could represent a organization.
.CC .TV .UK.com
.BIZ .INFO, or any other TLD
Is number
4 on the list. As in the .com, & .net, & .org, we wont
be accepting any 3-9 non-word names, unless the name has some
significant meaning to the general public, an example would be:
h2o=water, or b2b=business to business, UFO, or
any other very familiar name.
Most one word names
with the above TLD'S will be accepted for submission. More
then one word with the above TLD'S will be at our discretion.
Payments:
We will not
list any Domain Name/s for the auction, or special listing features
until payment has been received, and or cleared. See our payment
section for details.
Special Listing Features:
All payments must be received, & or cleared before we list any
Domain Names into the special listing section of the site. All
Domain Names must still be approved for the special listing section
site. We will "not" sacrifice the integrity of our special
listing section's, just because you are willing to pay for it.
This includes the Home Page, Showcase, & Featured sections of
the site. There is "NO" charge for the regular
listing section of the site.
